Hero Super Splendor BS6 2021 Highlights
Hero Super Splendor BS6 is a commuter bike available in 2 variants in India. Super Splendor generates 10.72 bhp @ 7,500 rpm of power and 10.6 Nm @ 6,000 rpm of torque from its 124.7cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 2-valve, air-cooled, OHC engine. Super Splendor has a 5-speed manual gearbox (Hero Splendor Plus top speed is 100 km/h) with front disc and rear drum brakes with the combined braking system of both wheels. Available in 4 colors. Hero Super Splendor Price: Drum – ₹83,092 and Disc – ₹86,939 on-road in (Delhi).
Splendor also gets slightly fancier styling over its smaller siblings. Interestingly, while updating it for BS6 compliance, Hero also gave it a subtle cosmetic makeover. Besides restyling the headlamp, bikini fairing, fuel tank, under-seat, and tail panels, the motorcycle also received a new set of decals.
Splendor is available in India in two variants including drum brakes and front disc which boast of an electric start as standard. The Super Splendor competes with the Bajaj Discover 125 and the Honda CB Shine.
